SC Executive Coaching is a Leadership Consultancy. At its core is the tenet that we are all capable of learning, creating change and achieving our goals as leaders. This requires that the leader or aspiring leader be ready, willing and committed to the process and if in a corporate environment that their employers provide support, engagement and investment in the process.

The first step in a change and development programme is becoming aware of what you care about, what are your beliefs, your needs and your historical practices. Much of how you behave and interact with others is unconscious. We then evaluate whether your way of being and doing things serves your purpose and elicits the most effective responses and collaboration from others.
If not you can unlearn these beliefs and behaviours and through a combination of interventions such as diagnostic tools, 360-degree feedback, individual and group coaching, mentoring, training, team off sites and executive team alignment you can learn and consciously choose new, more effective ways to achieve your goals.
This requires ongoing practice, engaging with all your capabilities and senses; going beyond your rational faculties – conceptual knowing is not enough. In order to fully embed and sustain your new learning you also need to engage your emotions, moods and adopt new body dispositions.
I collaborate with corporations that value and invest in their executives to develop their leadership capabilities and effective teamwork. I act as a thought partner and mentor to small business owners who recognise that running a successful business involves more than just a good idea and hard work. I work with motivated individuals who undertake accelerated learning through self-funded coaching engagements.
I also facilitate discussion panels, workshops and presentations for corporations and women’s networking groups.
In my charitable work I have mentored and taught students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
