In order to change we need to be aware of who we are as an observer. On 21st June 2022 I had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop for AICP – Associazione Italiana Coach Professionisti on this topic.
We had a stimulating conversation about various ontological models:
* to create greater self-awareness of who we are as observers,
* to distinguish between habits and discerned responses,
* to explore new possibilities for action.
I was delighted that the participants asked insightful questions and contributed their anecdotes.
